These terms govern your use of getaicati.com and GetAICATI - Shrota (the “Service”), provided by GetAICATI (“we”, “us”). By using the website or the Service you agree to them. A separate written agreement with us, where there is one, prevails over these terms.

Access to the Service is at our discretion. We may approve, refuse, limit, suspend or end access at any time. You must be 18 or older, and if you use the Service for an organisation you confirm you may act for it. You are responsible for your account and what happens under it.

You are responsible for your surveys, contact lists and other content, and for having the rights and consents needed to use them and to contact the people you call. You must follow the laws that apply to you, including telecom, calling-hour, do-not-call and data protection rules.

The Service, the website and our brands, including Shrota and GetAICATI, belong to us. These terms give you no rights in them beyond using the Service as allowed.

Paid use is governed by the price and payment terms we agree with you.

The website and the Service are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose, or that results, including call outcomes, transcripts or AI-generated output, will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.
Indemnity
You will cover our losses and costs from claims arising out of your content, your contact lists, or your use of the Service in breach of these terms or the law.
Changes and ending
We may change the Service or these terms. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the changes. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
