Privacy policy

Our approach

Surveys depend on trust: the trust of the organisations that run them and of the people who answer them. We build the Service to earn it. We ask only for what we need, we do not sell personal data, and anyone called through the Service can ask not to be called again.

What we collect

• Information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation and anything else you send us, including through forms such as a request to join the Service.
• Information from Google, if you sign in or sign up with Google: your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password and do not access any other data in your Google account.
• Content in the Service, such as questionnaires, contact lists, call audio, transcripts and survey responses, which we process on behalf of our customers.
• Usage and technical information, such as IP address, browser and device details and how the website and Service are used, including through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use it

We use personal data to provide, secure, maintain and improve the website and the Service; to create and manage accounts and review requests for access; to communicate with you, including about the Service; and to comply with law and protect our rights.

Information from Google sign-in is used only to sign you in, identify your account and contact you about the Service. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share personal data with service providers that help us run the website and the Service; with our customers, for data we process on their behalf; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal data.

People contacted through the Service

If you were called for a survey, the organisation that commissioned it decides how your responses are used. You can contact that organisation, or us, about your data.

Storage and retention

Personal data may be stored with our service providers. We keep it for as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and take reasonable steps to protect it. No system is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to hq@getaicati.com. We may need to confirm your identity, and may keep some data where the law requires. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

The website and the Service are not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
